it stated that there was a buffet breakfast and there was not. the rooms were disgusting. Thje toilet was constantly running, the woreker was not at the front desk for over 35 min.

Voor de tweede keer deze trip wordt een kamer die ik geboekt en betaald heb via Booking.com nogmaals berekend omdat bij hun geen betaling zichtbaar is. Gelukkig zag ik het nu gelijk en heeft men een retour betaling in werking gezet.

I chose this hotel because of its location to my daughter who is a student in Lubbock. Upon arrival, I was told to park on the backside of the property where I would be closer to my room. There are actually two separate buildings that aren’t connected so you have to be sure to get on the elevator in the second building in order to make it to the correct floor. When I walked up to this building, the door was not closed. The latch to the door is completely broken so in the Lubbock wind, the door bangs open and shut. When I pushed the door open, I noticed there were leaves and debris blown all through the halls because of the broken door. As a female, traveling alone, I did have concerns about anyone being able to enter the property from the backside away from the front desk. The carpets in the hallway and the elevator looked like they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. I made my way to my room and the floors were similar there. The bathroom floors did not appear to be clean and the tub was very dirty. It was late and I needed a bed so I checked the sheets. They were clean so I decided to stay. In the morning, I got up to take a shower, and the hot water completely ran out about three minutes in. The water was ice cold. I jumped out of the shower and grabbed a towel which had a giant hole in it. I grabbed the phone to call the front desk and ask if there was something wrong with the water and noticed there was no dial tone. The phone was completely disconnected from the wall. I plugged it in and it still didn’t work so it was just there for looks. I called the desk three times for my cell phone with no answer.I finished my freezing shower, went downstairs and spoke with the front desk who were zero help. The girl at the desk told me the manager is aware that some phones don’t work and has told them not to worry about it. In response to my other concerns, she just told me she would speak with her manager. I would absolutely not use this hotel again.

It was easy to find and fairly quiet.

Our showers were terrible. I had very little hot water and the tub wouldn’t drain so I was standing in water throughout the shower. My cousins room next door had zero hot water. We also smelled marijuana coming from several rooms while walking to our car and our rooms.

The tv in the room was not working. When asked to have the problem fixed the woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do.

The bed was very comfortable.

There was what look to be a condom wrapper but it was a Friday night plans viagra wrapper on the counter by mini fridge. I took it to the front desk the manager didn't apologize. There was what looked to be poop on the towel in the bathroom. The TV s had a white line going through the screen we could not whatch at all. The pool was advertised on the website but they had it out of order. In the corners of the bathroom there was some nasty stuff we are not sure what it was! We will never stay there again. It was a king suite. I thought it would be nicer than it was.
