Very good location

The heating and air system did not work in our room and the staff was slow at resolving that problem. There was no phone cord on the phone. There was no alarm clock and no trash can in the room.

The hotel condition was way BELOW standard. We typically always choose Laquinta because we travel with a pet and its convenient, clean, and friendly - this location however was terrible. The staff was nowhere to be found when we checked in, after ringing the bell multiple times he finally came out, when we got to our room it was NOT properly cleaned. Literally hair in the bathtub from someones previous shower. The pullout sleeper sofa didn't have bedding and the mattress was SO STAINED and NASTY. I tried to call the front desk and received no answer so I had to walk down (with two kids in tow) and when I told him about the state of the room/mattress, he just handed me bedding in a bag and told me I should've called instead of walking all the way down. The bedding on the actual bed was stained. The air didn't work properly so the room was super humid. And the room had an odor. OOOH and on the 2nd day of our stay, the keycard randomly deactivated - both of them. So i had to trek down again with kids in tow, to get it rekeyed.

Great room, breakfast was amazing choices, my kids loved the pool area and didn't want to leave. The manager and staff were very friendly

No.bench or seat in shower for handicap use, and dresser with TV to far towards door very hard to get wheel chair through Otherwise very clean professional comfortable stay.
