"The staff is very rude"

It did not say that the pool was closed and that was the only reason we wanted to get the room, I canceled as soon as we realize the pool was closed and the staff was very rude and very ugly about it and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee you got me messed up. I had to lock my card and it remains locked so they won’t charge me because they said they were going to the staff was very very rude at the front desk money money money money money that’s all it’s about terrible people terrible place. I will never come back.

"Unacceptable Stay — Avoid This Hotel"

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no hot water throughout my stay, and despite reaching out to the General Manager, I never received a response. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
