Americas Best Value Inn Knob Noster

My daughter and I stayed during a trip for a wedding. We originally needed 2 rooms, personal family things caused change of plans. The manger was so helpful, polite and went out of his way to accommodate us and make our stay non stressful. The room was clean, comfortable and we were very happy. Would stay again!

Room was clean, older hotel. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast offered owner states it was not being utilized enough and food was being wasted. The hotel amenities needs to be updated on web site.

Nice peaceful location. Friendly staff. Very pet friendly. We have a hard time finding places that will except out pitbull who just a big ol baby. Room was very comfy and clean.

Decent hotel with a super nice lady running it! Right off of Hwy 50.

Receptionist so rude, no toilet paper, I don't recommend it

We got in at 3:30 AM Friday morning. Called & the person let me in. Walked into the lobby and it had an awful odor. I saw 3 dogs behind the desk with her. Went to the room & being a motel you enter from the outside which had unmatched chairs outside that were falling apart. Got into the room & it smelled, wasn’t clean-beds we’re made but the sink, bathroom floor, & bathtub had clear evidence it has not been cleaned. The pillow/pillowcases were yellow, back of the entrance door looked like blood on it & the plastic that had the emergency information on it was brown. Being it was so late we just stayed but used our own blankets and pillows. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews ahead of time or would NEVER considered staging there. I paid ahead of time so I knew I would be out all the money for the other 2 nights but was NOT going to have my daughter, her husband and their brand new baby come into that disgusting room so I had to find another hotel for the next two nights. It was a huge, expensive disappointment. Please do not stay there. I turned the keys in the next morning and the lobby smelled even worse and that is the same place she serves continental breakfast told the lady it was dirty, she apologized and said she trusts that when they say it has been cleaned that it was. She lives there and is the person at the desk, the housekeeper, etc. so feel like she knows she was caught. Only 1 other car was there; should have been a sign.

Just needed a place to spend the night and while this facility was not fancy it was entirely adequate to serve our needs. 👍

We loved that there hotel was close to Knob Noster State Park and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely book again.

I know the cost of the room rental might dictate expectations, but we found candy wrappers on the floor, hairs on the sheets, the tv unplugged, the cable not tuned to the correct input for use, a heating unit that essentially was on high heat or off, an entry door that required physically pulling up to engage the deadbolt, a toilet that would continue to run after flushing etc. Staff interaction was good and they were friendly. Would not stay here again or recommend it however.
