Americas Best Value Inn Knob Noster

Check in was great. I walked in gave her my name, she had the keys already made and I was literally headed to my room in less than 3 minutes. Didn't get to use much of the amenities as we were busy and it rained, so while the pool looked nice, did not use it. Room was clean, bed was good. Breakfast was okay, waffles, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, grits, cereal, donuts, muffins, yogurt. Staff was very friendly.

They didnt clean everyday and didnt leave fresh towels

Bathroom door did not shut and the door knob was so loose it felt it was going to fall off.The shower had no pressure ad the temperature was not constant.The pool had too much chlorine.

got no rest. People above us was arguing all night and drinking alcohol. Floor creaked and squeaked when they walked keeping us awake. Could hear every car coming and going as the door did not seal tight when closed. Very long and tiring night.

We had our vehicle damaged on their property. They were very uncooperative with us and with law enforcement when they said they had on camera and knew who damaged it. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Everything was excellent my only issue is the parking lot road, there were some potholes. Breakfast was satisfying; the housekeeping were pleasant. My Grandson's enjoyed the pool, it was clean and the location was great.

Location was good for the event I had to attend.

The place was Horrible! The toilet didn’t work, no hot water, and they didn’t come and clean the room

For the price it was okay. Didn't really have an encounters with staff. Check-in went fine..I had already paid for room on Expedia. Lobby is not convenient to get to for breakfast so we got breakfast elsewhere. Outside door doesn't have lock on it and our room was right next to door so we heard it open and close every time. Shower pressure was terrible. And beds are hard.

Very clean, no frills hotel. Perfect for a night.
