Savegre Hotel Natural Reserve & Spa

Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings. Only slight complaint was poor quality of road (ca 6 km) to get to it... might have been tricky in a smaller vehicle.

Beautiful property! In the middle of the forest and surrounded by beautiful landscaping and river. The drive to it was a bit difficult since it’s tucked at the end of a winding road at the bottom of a canyon; but the property and seems are worth the effort.

This is a wonderful resort property in its own right, but the "Feathers Garden" (owned by a local bird guide named Mervin and right on the property) for $5/day/person offers bananas and hummingbird feeders to local birds, and draws a huge number of species. It was such a pleasure to sit there and see/photograph so many species!

SAVEGRE is a lovely hotel surrounded by nature. Hiking is a must there as the trails nearby open to magic world of trees, plants, birds and with some luck, mammals. it is a place for retreat, to disconnect

El hotel tiene senderos impresionantes para caminar dentro del mismo, muy recomendados nuestra habitación no tuvo nunca agua caliente lo más fue agua tibia, la ducha al ser abierta y de mal diseño permitía que se llenará de agua todo el baño .

Really enjoyed the wildlife and suggest a guided tour. Good chance to learn about the ecosystem. The road that leads to the property is steep and in some places unpaved.
