Friendly staff and quiet

Location and the staff was very friendly.

The room was comfortable /roomy but dated. And it had a weird smell to it.

I like that I could have the bike close to my room and that it had a very good heater.

My particular unit had an odd step to get into the room which I almost fell on. Unit was slightly dark with two lamps in the main room in the bathroom it didn't have an adequate exhaust fan

The staff was super. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for the money and well located for the things we wanted to do.

It was a great price, quiet; Continental breakfast did have waffle maker so we got something hot; we got upgraded from queen bed to king without asking. Less than 10 miles from where we needed to be the next day; desk attendant was very pleasant and answered my question I had sent thru email about distance to something for the next day.

There was a step to get into the building and another step to get into the room; awkward. Could not get the electronic key to work; a worker helped us; took the key but never came back with another one. We had to chase the key down at the office. Cable TV was fussy. Sat by the windows for continental breakfast; single panes of glass and must be extremely cold in winter, old trampoline crumpled in front of the window outside. Room was clean but needs a facelift. It was dated by decades.

This place is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Luckily the sheets looked clean, but that was about it. The thing that freaked me out was that we were staying in a ground level room, but they only had shear curtains on the window.

Was close to my event, quiet, comfortable bed.
