A good location. Easy to find and access. Very clean and modern.

No Mini fridge and coffee maker in rooms.

I would like if you could add some safety elements to the bath room non slip tub decals maybe other then that very happy with the stay

We canceled out stay doe to adverse information about the hotel. Swiming pool has been closed and the facility has problems with air conditioning. We requested refund but have been ping-pong between Booking and the hotel.

We stayed in the "other" building as the staff described it. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I killed two bugs and 4 spiders. Had to clean spider webs that were hanging over the bed. There were multiple stains on the floor and on towels. I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.

When first approaching the property my initial thought was “ oh boy, I paid a lot for this!” The outside appeared small and old but everything else about it was great. Clean, very friendly front desk people, quiet, comfortable. The room was updated and had great water pressure in the shower, spacious room and very comfortable beds. ( I also realized that if I had looked at all the pictures on the page I would have seen exactly what I was purchasing. I had a mental image of a HJ being a large high rise kind of hotel. Also, while I feel I paid a lot for one room, it was also the least expensive in the area.)

There wasn’t too much to like about this place Your scenic view was parking lot.

Our room was musty smelling and the lighting left a lot to be desired. We turned on the air conditioner for a blast of air and opened up the door for a couple hours to air the room out. We booked for three people, and there was only towel service for two. I walked down to the office the next day and asked for another towel service and it took over an hour to arrive. Breakfast bar was a total disaster. The juice machine had a sign that said it was out of order. They had a carafe in the mini fridge that had sunny delight in it. I didn’t check out the apple juice, but it probably was apple juice cocktail. That way they got away with not serving 100% juice. Someone left a coffee that had curled milk on top of it on the counter. We decided to try it anyway. I went to make a waffle and the batter eas very watery. When the waffle was done it was like a piece of lace. We just left everything and we went down to Denee’s diner who served the wonderful breakfast. Today will probably go down to McDonald’s. They said there was microwaves and refrigerates in every room. There is none. The pool is forever on maintenance and closed. I believe this place should be made to write a new review because half the things that are stated in their booking review are untrue. They don’t allow dogs, but maybe this isn’t even a good place for a dog. Check surrounding hotels, they are just about the same rate and have much better ratings..

Spacious room very comfortable… very attentive and available. Staff managed by a family who went to exceptional extremes to keep the place inviting and comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.
