Hotel staff was actually very nice and made sure to replace any towels or anything I needed in a timely manner and the rooms were actually a good size and the location is in a very convenient spot

"Not up to usual standards"

I love this little hotel, it’s my go-to when I’m in the Berkshires. But this trip was a fail. A room on a hard to get to. No microwave or refrigerator (as advertised). The curtains were flimsy and didn’t close adequately.

The rooms were tasteful, cheerful and emaculate. We have been searching for lovely, reasonably priced accommodations for our annual trips to Williamstown and we have definitely found them here. The beds were so comfortable, the room felt spacious and the bathroom had extra perks. We will return , highly recommend!

"Not the best, not the worst"

Clean and spacious room - bed comfortable but very soft - bathroom only OK with very small shower and low water pressure - no lighting in hallway (unsafe) - room door security lock did not work (unsafe) -
