Excellent customer service and a very nice place.

We didnt stay one night in this hotel we were shown a room that did not look anything like the one i had seen when i booked on last minute Staff were very good

Good facilities, very helpful and friendly staff especially at reception where they organised drivers for us. Buffet breakfast was good with a large variety of food to choose from. Overall a very enjoyable experience for our family and would definitely go back.

I love the village concept. I like the idea of having water cooler can dispense hot, cold and warm water. The bed is in perfect condition. The indoor shower has minor issues for my room, the toilet has a temporary drain smell everytime after flushing. Other than that, the stay was awesome, one of the staff gave me a birthday cake during my last day of stay. Thank you!

Nice hotel ground, nice breakfast, nice decorated room. Check in and check out very slow

We arrived at the Villa at 1.30am to be greeted by very friendly and courteous staff who made sure the check in process was swift and easy so that we could fall gratefully into our very comfortable bed as quickly as possible. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of it. Although we were right in the middle of a major shopping area, it was very quiet and peaceful at Desamuda.

ok needs more lounges around pool only 4 available and no pool person on duty Great to have the huge bottle of water in the room nice and cold and never runs out Staff super helpful especially service desk with free transport to any local area and suggesting and booking us an Uber when we wanted to go to Nusa Dua

Wonderful staff, clean and maintained facilities. A great part of Seminyak without all the tourists & mayhem. I loved the private pool and the staff were so helpful and tried their utmost to do whatever they could if I wanted something.

Staff is amazing. Amount of people staying in the villa was quite enjoyable because it's not overcrowded like hotels. Outside shower was an amazing feature, used it everyday. Only thing that bothered me was the room itself could be more updated and painted-walls were a bit dirty, but the room itself felt comfortable. Free breakfast buffet and in house restaurant was convenient and good. Location was perfect-walkable to the beach (15 min), shops, market, and restaurants.

We loved it. Was our 1st time to Bali so we had no idea what to expect. But we're very happy with our stay.
