Friendly staff , peaceful environment , good breakfast , clean

Beautiful resort and rooms. Main pool areas were also vry nice in addition to private pool in our room. Staff also super friendly and helpful. Helped us arrange transport to Gili Islands which was great as not everyone speaks great English.

Great location in Seminyak. Nice and quiet, set back off a major road. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely pool and grounds. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the beach and shops. WiFi very patchy in Villa but okay outside of the villa. Had a villa with plunge pool which was very nice. Great shower with good water pressure and icy cold air-conditioner.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff could not be faulted. So kind, considerate and gracious. The gardens, pools, walkways are kept immaculate. Villas are homely and very cozy with staff cleaning in the morning and in the afternoon they return to spray in case of mozzies, and even turn the beds back! Definitely hated to leave!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, clean and very friendly. I wished the Wi-Fi worked better in my villa, I had to stay at certain spots for it to work.
