Our room decor was as shown in pics, plus we had a balcony which was a bonus. Everything nice and clean and comfortable. We knew ahead of arrival there was some construction so that was no issue.

At check in I requested housekeeping the following morning, to have the room cleaned and coffee replenished. This didn’t happen, so I had to chase on the Sunday morning.

Brand spanking new! The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean.

Understanding that it was very newly done, it would have been nice to have had utensils, cups, plates…anything of that sort.

A few problems. The photos on your website are a bit deceptive of the actual property. It’s not as nice as it looks. It’s undergoing construction now. Our room, though clean and quiet was rather small with no closet space. The bed was great but the microwave didn’t work. WiFi was spotty. The electric outlet strip on one side of the bed did not work. There are much nicer hotels in Solvang in the same price range. I would not stay there again.
