The Inn on Loch Lomond

I came back to find someone checking into my room. Went to sort it out as my key would not work. The guy who was given a key to my room was given all the attention. This morning we needed to leave for the airport, one around to help with luggage, several trips back to the room and key would not work. Had to find someone who then had to find someone to let me in. This made things late and stressful. Sheets smell of chemicals. Restaurant staff were great and knew what they were doing. booked 2 rooms which seems really over priced, grubby carpets. Small rooms and lumpy mattresses.

Warm welcome on arrival and very friendly staff throughout. Good food in the restaurant with beautiful loch views. Room and bathroom were little bit tight on space but comfortable and we had a view over the loch. Very dog friendly. Nice little walk to the loch through a tunnel under the road. Note: no lifts so need to be able to do stairs and carry luggage upstairs

The room was lovely, as was the location of the hotel. The meals were really good, and there was good choice on the menu. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly.

We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed for longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and looked after us attentively. The room had a view of the lake and was comfortable and clean. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a good selection, fabulous ingredients, and presentation. Topped off by a stunning location, well worth a stop. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and all the staff were so kind to us. Thank you.

Really friemdly staff and very welcoming. The place is really well set out and worth the money. Well furnished rooms what more do you want ?
