Pool was nice and warm and the hot tub hot. Always look forward to the free claim chowder and of course the view of the ocean hearing the waves is priceless ♥️♥️♥️

Lol elevator was a lil slow that's it

"Excellent staff"

I thought the staff was excellent. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and responsive. The room was very nice and I liked the layout with the double sinks outside of the bathroom. I loved having an ocean view. I have been there before and will definitely come back when I am in the area.

"Exceptional staff, lovely experience"

Most importantly, all staff was welcoming, cheerful, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The salmon chowder and later the peanut butter cookies were delicious and very appreciated surprise treats. Almost everything about our stay was superb. The only issue was I am 78 yrs old and 5ft 2in tall and I could not get into the high bed. I tried several different ways and just couldn't get in. Finally I went to the check-in desk and asked if they had a step stool. The staff very graciously said they would send one to our room. Someone brought it to our room 30-45 minutes later and it did the trick. I do wish the bed had not been so high or that staff could have anticipated that I might have a problem getting in so I could have rested sooner. This did not impact our wonderful stay in this lovely hotel.

"Great Staff Great Ocean Views"

The staff was so kind and helpful. The layout in the room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing including the sunset. It was a very nice place to hang out with our two Great Danes! They were sad to leave, but happy to go for a ride home.
