What a lovely room and view! Clean and large room. Tons of amenities; breakfast in the morning, chowder for dinner and cookies at night for a treat! Loved sitting by the fire pits at night to watch the sunset , will definitely be back!

We had a person parasail past our room about 5 times just by our balcony. So privacy was a concern. Not the hotels fault though.

The bed was absolutely wonderful in terms of comfort. So much so that I would buy it to have at home, however, the height of the bed was ridiculous. The mattress itself was very tall and it was set on a very tall platform which made it extremely hard to get in to. I have knee injuries and found it impossible to get on to the bed without the help of a stool.

The water pressure in the shower is HORRIBLE!!!! There were cobwebs over both of the beds, the carpet in our room had a big hole in it on the edge where the tile and carpet meet. There was so so so so so much noise from our upstairs neighbors walking and from the other guests closing the door to their rooms. The little room off of the parking garage that you wait in to go up the elevator smelled so bad like animal urine on the day we arrived, the smell was gone the second day we were there, but it returned. There were also many areas in the hotel in need of repair.

Great room, 2- kings, good value If breakfast matters, pass on the grab-and-go. *Here is a thought: since on the coast, many seagulls. Myself and others must park on the street due to height restrictions of the parking structure. If you could make a bucket with soapy water, a long-handled scrubber/squegee, I would really appreciate it. The seagulls are relentless.

I love staying here and have been for years. I miss the old breakfast. The grab and go breakfast just doesn’t do it for me. It could easily be done by throwing non sugary things into the mix— bread or English muffins to be toasted. Or even breakfast sandwiches to be heated up in room. I love they still do chowder but the fresh baked cookies don’t seem fresh anymore. I miss when you could smell them and they were warm and gooey now they’re just cold. We were there promptly at 700 and they were very cold. I love how friendly the staff are and that they’re always willing to try to accommodate. The views cannot be beat! The beds are very comfortable.
