Unit 52 Oven cooktop not working, ensuite toilet not always working, no light outside unit to get in was pitch black.

Quite location, nice beaches and bush setting clean apartment

Need to tell you only one car park Front carports needs blowing or sweeping before arrival BBQ very old , probably need a upgrade It having avents need warnings of road closure BEFORE booking as people will need to catch flights ect

The location to the beach

We booked and paid for a four bedroom with 6 beds and private pool. When we got there we were told our apartment wasn’t available we had a 4 bedroom with 5 beds, no pool and an extra sleep out separate from the house on the garage. We had booked this specifically for sport recovery and the amount of people staying. The staff were unable to assist us or give us any other options so 2 people had to share bed. It was quite stressful chasing the staff or someone who was authorised to assist not till check out day did the manager finally answer a call. After many attempts via email , phone and in person to the staff at the property and booking.com we did not get sufficient compensation.

Friendly staff at rececption

Wifi did not work and I was travelling with work which was unacceptable at this stage. Power went out for one night.

Wonderful house, very clean and well kept, management was friendly and very helpful. However Twin waters footpaths, boardwalks and jetty were all either closed or in desperate need of fixing.
