House was beautiful, the location and proximity to the Novotel facility was great.

Cleaning needs to be improved, dust on furniture, back deck on pool level could be fantastic but needs a good clean. Pool was dirty (pool cleaners did come during the stay) we were unable to get the pool spa to work and contacted reception a number of times, pool cleaners were also unable to help. The main door from the house to the back deck was not functional. It just needs repair. When booking I included that we would have three cars one being electric needing access to recharge and was told the house had a garage. When we arrived there was no access to garage or external power point. Staff eventually provided an extension cord and we worked out how to open garage door to run the extension lead. We also could not get the spa in the master bathroom to to operate. If you are part of a larger group be aware there are only two full bathrooms (one of m is the very open ensuite in the master bedroom) plenty of toilets but another shower on either the ground or top floor would be great.

The staff are friendly, easy car parking and such a great place overall

THe only annoying point is the next door or upper level apartments dragging their chairs across the floor echo's loudly into the bedroom. if they are on the deck above dragging the chairs across the floor again very loud and annoying when on the bottom floor.

ability to cook rather then takeout. The Location, view, proximity to the beach and golf. we were staying for a conference at the Novotel.

We travelled with family so we enjoyed having space both inside and outside to connect and share meals. We moved between apartments. I appreciated the abundant glassware and crockery in the apartment

Coffee! a one person coffee press is not enough for an apartment that sleeps 6 people. I imagine many people fly into the Sunshine Coast so a decent coffee plunger or coffee bags could be there for first morning. Instant coffee is no substitute.
