"Pet friendly but expensive for what you get."

Property had been renovated and is in great condition. The hotel was pretty much fully booked. Price was competitive for such a nice place to stay. Until they zapped me with a pet fee. That hurts going in and out! NYC is half; Newport RI a third; Hampton half; Marriott are you kidding for dog: I doubt I’ll use Marriott again unless no other choice, plus your gardens are full of weeds and grass hasn’t been cut for a month.

"Uncomfortable Stay. Not happy with Cleanliness."

Location was good. Near to Mechanicsburg. Pool was good.

My booking showed king size bed but i was offered queen sized one. Didn't receive any help from booking.com or hotel staff. It made the stay very uncomfortable. Kitchen area was not properly cleaned. Utensils were dirty. Have to ask room service multiple times to get the room cleaned. Not much variety in breakfast.

"Charged for Parking. Dead Bugs. Toilet not clean"

Dead bugs everywhere in the windows. Windows dirty. Toilet wasn’t cleaned, arrived and there were pee spots on the mouth of the toilet. Fridge was making a LOT of noise, luckily I could close the door to my bedroom from the kitchen noise. CHARGED ME FOR PARKING…literally have never seen that happen. They don’t disclose it, they just charge you on your incidentals to try and avoid conflict. I have a stay scheduled at another Residence Inn for October and will be cancelling that reservation in short order. I want a refund!

"Pleasant"

The room and furnishings were very accommodating.

We had no room service while we were there. We were out most of Saturday and came back to no clean towels, bed not made, and trash in the trash cans yet. Little disappointing.
