The landscape of the place is very delightful, The beach view outside of our room also looked nice. Ladies in the kids club are trying really hard to entertain kids, my boys enjoyed fishing and movie nights.

Beautiful location that is unfortunately very poorly managed. This place is definitely not worth the 9+ rating on booking.com - not sure if reviews are real. On the first evening we were kicked out of the restaurant because my husband didn't have pants by the restaurant manager called Vick, so we stayed without dinner with 3 small kids, it was a very "welcoming" first evening. Aside from that half of the facilities in our room were broken and we asked for a general manager email and staff told us that they are not allowed to share it. Once we found the email we shared our feedback and asked for fair compensation, the response from the general manager was unprofessional as the culture and environment at the resort, so sad that toxic culture is driven by poor leadership. Food options are very limited and most are over fried. Coffee has a strange taste. This resort is charging you for water, which is very unusual for Mauritius resorts. Also anything you want to do you need to pay for, feels like they are desperate to get any extra euro from guests. We were invited to cocktails with management and show, hotel management was nowhere to be seen lol. I would strongly recommend to the management of this hotel to visit and experience At Regis or Constance hotel chain to understand what the high standards of service are.

"Beautiful resort"

The location and the resort itself is exceptionally beautiful. Together with a small number of other guests staying at the hotel was an great experience.

Upon arrival, there were some problems with delivering the suitcases to the room and the staff had a bit of a problem when I brought them there myself :-)
