Ubicación perfecta, las habitaciones perfectas para ir en pareja o en familia, un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, y muchos restaurantes cerca para comer, ideal para ir a las playas más bonitas, el personal del hotel encantador, siempre atentos, y ya he ido varios años y volveré sin lugar a dudas.

We stayed in a lovely two bed apartment - very spacious and of good sized. The kitchen area was adequate with basic kitchen stuff (one frying pan, one pot, one knife). However, we managed to cook breakfast and a couple of meals. The hotel has two pools - one very busy with lots of activities and the other one quieter. Sunbeds were not a problem around the quieter pool (we went middle two weeks in July - but think that this might change the next few weeks - the other pool always was busy). Sunbeds were the basic plastic white ones - so not very comfy - but again, okay for short periods. We stayed at the quiet pool most days, but did venture to the busier pool to take part in the water polo. The entertainment staff were good at getting everyone involved. We didn't eat in the restaurant, as there are so many lovely restaurants in the marina to choose from. We found the bar drinks expensive compared to the local bars, so we didn't drink here either. The hotel do run a happy hour (4-5pm) but this only included beer and soft drinks!). The resort is lovely - a choice of good beaches within a 5-15 min walk depending on which one you choose. We also got the bus in to Ciutadella one evening for a change of scenery. fyi- as we booked through Hotels.com we were not entitled to the free entry to the water park next door - our two older teenagers did go and were not overly impressed, so we didn't feel like we were missing out anyway. Overall a great hotel and we hope to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato in luglio, io e la mia ragazza. Ci viene consegnato, appena arrivati, un appartamento sporco (vetri e specchi puliti male, tenda della doccia da mettere, muri sporchi, cuscini e copriletti macchiati). Ci hanno dato un'altra stanza. Abbiamo principalmente avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera: nonostante stessimo via tutto il giorno tornavamo alla sera che la camera era ancora da pulire, mancavano gli asciugamani e la carta igenica...e quando restavamo in camera a pausa pranzo pretendevano di pulirci la stanza durante l'ora del silenzio (13.00-15.00). La piscina è troppo piccola per tutte le persone dell'hotel, è una gara a riservarsi le sdraio al mattino presto, è piena di bambini che la riempiono con i gonfiabili e non hai spazio per nuotare o muoverti in tranquillità. A colazione spesso se arrivavi dopo le 8.30-9.00 (la colazione iniziava alle 8.00) i vassoi di frutta erano già vuoti e non venivano ricaricati, stessa cosa per i succhi e gli affettati. L'hotel sembra essersi adattato al tipo di clientela che maggiormente lo frequenta: gli inglesi; quindi la colazione all'inglese (bacon, fagiolini uova e quant'altro) era sempre impeccabile, la pulizia degli spazi probabilmente è meno importante dal momento che a parer mio come clientela sono maleducati sia in piscina che nel tener bene una stanza. Peccato perchè la posizione dell'hotel è veramente comoda per godersi l'isola: punto strategico con vicino supermarket e nolleggi macchina.

Stayed here last year and loved the location so booked for another week this year. This time however ended up in Roc Lago Park 2 which is across the main road into Cala n Bosch and a 10 minute walk from the reception and resort. These apartments were inferior to the ones in the main block - broken locks in doors, old rusty looking bathroom, marked floors, broken plugs - the list is endless. Asked to move but was told they were full. Most disappointing for us was the distance from the restaurants/marina area as we have a disabled son and chose this property purely on its close proximity to everything the resort has to offer. So beware when booking - you may end up in the older more run down Roc Lago Park 2. Wouldn't return here when there are lots of nicer apartments in this area.

Their systems had been for a few days when we arrived and recently back so the person in reception did not have much time for us. We requested an item that never arrived even though we did asked 3 times. The fridge was so noisy that it was hard to go to sleep in the living area by kitchenette. The mattresses felt new, of memory foam so comfortable but too warm. One of the beds was too noisy when turning round. There was hardly any kitchen utensils and the kettle needs replacing as a bit of a safety hazard. Every time we passed by reception it was too busy so we did not report the kettle or ask for another. The place was clean enough but sometimes the cleaners just popped in to drop new towels and empty the bins, did get the impression that they were overworked and working too long hours perhaps. Most staff were very pleasant.

Apartments basic but pool fab and location to lots of lovely restaurants was excellent we had a great stay. Hotel staff friendly would go here again

Me and my boyfriend and friends had a wonderful time here! It's in such a great place right next to the marine and the hotel staff were unbelievably helpful. There's also so many great activities around near the hotel such as: paragliding, sea kayaking, jet skiing, scuba diving and a glass bottom boat.

Habitaciones penosas. Las hormigas estaban por todas partes: encima de la cama, por la maleta, el el suelo , la cocina, etc. Sobretodo por la noche No había mucha limpieza. El personal de recepción muy indiscreto. Criticando a otros huéspedes que se habían quejado de las hormigas. Muy poco profesional.

Nuestro apartamento daba a la.carretera mucho ruido

la struttura non e' male, noi alloggiavamo nel park adiacente .... si sta bene apparte piccoli difetti della stanza(porte che non rimangono aperte, fornelli non funzionanti ed invasione di formiche improvvisa) inoltre durante la notte l'irrigazione automatica del prato dirante il percorso che porta in camera ti costringe a farti una doccia notturna, poiche' non c'e' modo di aggirare l'ostacolo! piscine grandi ma super affollate e con. un solarium molto ristretto! il personale molto cordiale e disponibile! per quanto abbiamo sfruttato l'hotel( si sa in vacanza ci dormi solo), va anche bene
