Great holiday, accomodation was comfortable and clean. Well placed and staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean rooms But drinks to expensive to really have more than a couple of drinks

We returned to these apartments after 9 years. They haven't really changed! Good location, nice pool and our apartment overlooked the marina. However, the air conditioning was broken and, after complaining, I was told the air conditioning machines were new and, as under guarantee, could not be repaired by the hotel's own maintenance team. This was not my problem! We were given two portable machines, both of which were very noisy and had an outlet pipe which actually became very hot :(. The family in our neighbouring apartment told us they had been in ours initially and had been moved! We had been told there were no apartments to which we could have moved, apart from a one-bed, which was up a lot of steps and not suitable for my daughter who has mobility problems. We were offered meals in the hotel as compensation, which we eventually had three of - we hadn't wanted all-inclusive as we wanted to experience local restaurants. We were told, as our booking was through Expedia, we would not be able to have any compensation from the hotel directly as they didn't have our money!! The staff seemed to be trying to help but, whenever I was told management would be around, they simply weren't. Apart from the uncomfortable heat, the accommodation was adequate and clean. The food that we ate in the restaurant was fresh, plenty of choice and service was adequate. Nice pool, ten minute walk to beach and the marina is a lovely area to walk around and sit by.

The whole experience was fantastic. the staff were very polite and helpful, the facilities were spot on. The breakfast was really good value for money, and plenty of it. The location was right next to the shops, and the local bus stop. The beach was only five minutes away. You could also see the harbour from the hotel. We would definatley go back there.

Location excellent, staff couldn't be more helpful, apartment clean, spacious and very comfortable. Poolside is more suited to families with young children and loungers have no cushioned mat. That would be my only gripe but a very small one! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roc Lago Park and will definitely visit again.

Very nice clean accommodation, nice pool, only down fall there was no evening entertainment

I was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the room for the price and it was in a great location. However i didn't like that they wanted to charge extra for things like the room safe, wifi, and the tv remote! Also, it was a self contained apartment but they did not supply anything to do the dishes with, when i asked the housekeeper, she laughed at me and said i have to buy it...so i left the dishes for her to do after we checked out.

Went self catering in 2 bed apartment for 2 weeks. Very poorly equipped - no wine glasses, cafetiere, teapot or scissors. One sharp knife, no bread knife. (asked for wine glasses and told they are not available in self catering!) 2 hot plates (only one worked) no oven or grill. Microwave but no microwavable containers. Minimum crockery and cutlery. Probably the worst equipped 3 star self catering I have ever stayed in. We were near the road which was very noisy and the bins of the hotel across the road were emptied noisily at 3.30am daily!. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning 6 out of 7 days. Clean sheets and towels regularly. Nice place and good position convenient to marina, but a little "tired" in places. Would I go back? probably not these apartments.

Standard apartments over the road from main complex but has own pool and bar. we preferred being in standard apartment as this complex a lot quieter than the main one as noise from entertaining all day. Apartment had toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Bring your own hairdryer as one in bathroom waste of time. Reception staff very knowledgeable. Only ate in hotel restaurant once as preferred the food in the many surrounding restaurants.
