Rooms were clean.

Was hard to get drinks. Couple of the restaurants were closed. Couldn't get coffee till 7 pm. The slots were tough, very little pay outs.

Casino did not have slot machines where you use quarters.

Beds un comfortable no Microwave in rooms and the living room table was damage upon arrival i had report to the front desk.

All meals was great.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS I HAD TO ASK FOR CLEAN TOWLS AND TO HAVE MY TRASH PICK UP, I HAD TO GO DOWN INTO THE BASEMENT TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE FOR THESE THINGS AT 7PM. A SUCURITY GUARD QUESTION ME AND HE SEND A MAN NAME MICHAEL TO MY ROOM. 510, MICHAEL TOLD ME THAT BALLEY ONLY CLEAN A ROOM IF YOU STAY MORE THAN THREE NIGHTS. I STAY FOR TWO NIGHTS. THIS INFO WAS NOT ON MY RECIEPT OR ANY WERE WHEN I BOOKED THIS ONLINE. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS TELL THEM WHEN BOOKING. I PAID JUST LIKE PEOPLE WHO STAY THREE NIGHTS. SAD.

Always love the view and convenience and comfort staying here. If it is off a peak day there are great savings

Finding the hotel lobby through the casino can be confusing

Nothing!

There was no indication that indoor pool was closed for renovation upon booking. This information was only provided when the hotel was contacted to inquire about pool towel availability. The sole reason for booking this hotel was for the use of the pool by my 3 young children ( all under 6 years old). Attempted to cancel and/or change (to a later date after renovations are completed) the reservation and was denied. Awful customer service! Would not consider patronizing this chain again in the future.

Convenience. Safe. Clean. Great price. Easy parking.

The bed pillows are too hard.
