Omg the beds felt like sleeping on ply wood but that me some other ppl might like that

We were awaken at 330 room above I believe that continued till 530, could still hear but quieter. Called front desk to report (330) had to leave message. It’s now 740 no one has ever responded or did anything about it

In town for a large sporting event. Easily accessible, good value for Sunday night.

It’s a casino, yet they have a bar that is 20’ from all the gaming table (Circle one) that won’t let you just order a drink and leave, you have to sit down and drink your drink. You would think a casino would actually WANT you to gamble instead of making you sit down until you finish your drink. The main bar in the casino closes at 10p even when it was packed in the casino, which forces you to go to the other end of the property to get a drink at the sports book bar which like the rest of the casino was understaffed the whole week (we are a large manufacturer for the sporting event, just the first night the room was under my name but we stayed a week and had three rooms). The casino does not allow you to order a double of any drink, nor does it allow you to get more than one drink at a time, so you can’t grab a drink for your buddy either. The drink cart drinks are the same price as the bar drinks but are smaller. Again the casino is way understaffed, nor does craps table open all week until Friday night and then only one table open when they are plenty of people wanting to play. Roulette table had a very drunk and obnoxious couple at it Tuesday and Wednesday that kept interfering with people trying to play. She was finally escorted out by security but was back an hour later doing the same thing. Only one roulette table open throughout the week. We ate at the Longo’s restaurant Sunday night our first night here. Food was really good but our waiter wasn’t great at all. Sat down for 20 minutes before getting waters and waited another 20 on drinks, got our appetizers before our drinks and had to ask the nice man that brought the food out if he could check on drinks, had them in just a couple minutes after that. Gave up on getting a second round. Ate at the Macau Kitchen Saturday night, aside from the potstickers the food was horrible. Crab Rangoon had no cream cheese in it and the crab that was in it was bad and smelled and tasted horrible.

my husband was able to enjoy the casino easily

very disappointed that the pool was still closed. when looking online it showed a pool. i use the pool for exercising
