Best hotel for kindness and politeness of staff. Truly enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was awesome!

Clean & pleasant hotel with only one drawback. Seperate toilet and bathroom, this made the toilet room very small and entry to the bath/shower difficult as you had to enter the bath from end as opposed to the side which is safer.

The hotel offered complimentary wine as we entered. Then the pools, spa, whirlpool were clean and the views of the mountains exceptional. The restaurant was the best food we had in Europe. Good service. Clean room and nice laundry room too.

Great hotel with fab facilities, super helpful staff and in a great location. We couldn't have wished for anything more!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Seefeld. Room was very clean and the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Music provided in both restaurants and service excellent. Would definitely book again.

It's a large clean friendly family hotel with great food and friendly staff but the foyer and disco could do with a design overhaul. It has all the facilities you want from a family ski hotel. Large family rooms, its clean and with friendly helpful staff. The food is excellent and plentiful and the semi all inclusive works well for us. The foyer is sadly stuck in the 70s and the disco we swiftly passed...go in if you want a laugh.

The good: Hotel is centrally located, outstanding staff and incredible breakfast ( 20€) parking at front is free and parking lot (5 min walk) there is also an underground parking for 9€ a night but for vehicles that are not higher than 1,85m Free daycare included and plenty of bars and restaurants throughout for you to choose from without going outside. There is a big indoor pool, that I never used but heard great things about. Free storage for ski gear, live music on site daily. the Bad: decoration is out of date. Room furniture is broken and in need of repair. Bathroom has lots of water damage because there is no curtain and water goes everywhere.

The hotel is very central (close to the Tourist Information Office) and has good facilities (swimming pool, two saunas etc.) The staff were efficient and polite, speaking very good English and the apartment was large (balcony, small dining area, very large attractive bedroom, small kitchenette in a cupboard and a very nicely appointed bathroom with bidet, bath and a really good shower). The hotel is in several buildings joined by a corridor bridge and so it took us almost 10 minutes to reach the front door from our room involving many staircases (or slow lifts) and long corridors. The ski store was not quite big enough for the number of skiing guests when we were there (early February). My few negative points are massively outweighed by the good points and we had a lovely stay there.

It was a great stay, the reception people were very helpful, a very family friendly hotel.

We found this place at the last minute and stayed for a couple nights. it has a rustic charm and the room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids (and luggage!). Breakfast (very copious buffet breakfast) was included in the price. And you receive 10% of the restaurant bill if you ate at one of their restaurants. Upon check out, they give you a small jar of jelly. Sweet gesture. The hotel is located in town and gives access to lots of shops and restaurants. The free parking was a bit far (walking) from the hotel was maybe the only negative side.
