O atendimento é maravilhoso e os funcionários são gentis, receptivos e agradáveis. Também gostei bastante do quarto e da localização, que é o maior ponto de destaque do hotel. O chuveiro também estava ótimo, esquentava bastante.

Achei que os banheiros precisavam de uma reforma, pois estão meio velhos. Além disso, o café da manhã não era tão diverso, embora as comidinhas fossem muito bem feitas (mas faltou opções). Pelo valor da hospedagem, o café poderia ser melhor.
