En la habitacion 1101 hay un ruido muy molesto que viene desde el techo del baño, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque no dejaba dormir.

A localização é excelente, o café da manhã muito bom, boa cama, água quente. Atendimento também muito bom, em especial ao Hugo sempre atencioso e dando dicas para passeios.

O quarto não tinha janela, então não sabíamos se era noite ou dia. E não tem tomada pra recarregar o celular ao lado da cama.

Pontos positivos: localização (perto da praia), ar condicionado novo. Café da manhã bom.

Pontos negativos: cama com pé quebrado (solicitamos manutenção e nao consertaram, sistema de TV estava inoperante, deixei as toalhas no chão e penduraram novamente para utilizar. Quarto com janela obstruída, torneira vazando. Academia e piscina são só pra constar que tem. Elevadores muito velhos.

Hotel oferece conforto ,limpeza e organização. Ótimo café da manhã, boa localização.

O serviço de reposição de toahas deixou a desejar . Após limpeza dos quartos não repuseram todas , precisei solicitar .

Café da manhã ótimo, áreas comuns são boas e os funcionários atenciosos.

O quarto que ficamos (206) tinha uma porta de madeira fechada que dava acesso ao quarto ao lado (205). Era possível ouvir 100% das coisas do quarto ao lado, como se estivéssemos no mesmo ambiente. Acredito que a ligação entre os quartos seja para expandir o ambiente em casos de famílias grandes, porém tornou nossa experiência no hotel bem desagradável. Em boa parte do dia o barulho era intenso e mal conseguimos ouvir a televisão e descansar. Deixo aqui meu comentário, não como uma critica, mas para que o hotel repense essa instalação, pois é um bom hotel, mas nossa experiência foi prejudicada por isso.
