I think this hotel represents excellent value for money. Is it the plushest? No, but it has everything you need and is not stupidly expensive. Location is right next to a train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful

It has a car park and is next door to the tube / trains links to London centre

The shower did not work and there was only one towel anyway, we couldn’t access our room until 11:30pm so didn’t know the shower didn’t work until needing a shower before breakfast, we informed reception who just apologised, we had to travel home unshowered

The breakfast staff and reception staff in the morning were lovely. The bathroom was a good size. The room was relatively quiet. The double bed was nice and big and there was a single in the room too.

The night reception was not great. The parking was an extra charge of £10 which I thought very expensive considering we arrived at 11pm and were leaving in the morning. The bed was a bit lumpy. pillows are tiny. bathroom sink had a crack in it. Breakfast options with free breakfast not great.
