Raintree's Sandcastle, Birch Bay

Love the Sandcastle! Friendly staff, clean units, great location. A favorite of mine.

Always great just wish we were able to requests certain rooms. I think they only do it for private pay customers not Expedia ones. :(

I love staying at the Sandcastle at Birch Bay. The units are large and spacious with everything you need. There are great restaurants around and a Marketplace less than 5 miles.

Did not have breakfast options Bed rooms are spacious

Dated furniture and some facilities. Needs an overdue re furnishing Table chairs and couches are so old , make the room looks unclean especially in pictures However the kitchen is well equipped and should be comfortable for longer stay. We did not use the kitchen during this stay

It was fabulous!! They left us some sparkling cider as it was Christmas. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was too warm with no way to control temp within the unit. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and the staff was so fun and friendly. We will be back and the price was fabulous.
