Raintree's Sandcastle, Birch Bay

Amazing hotel, will definitely come back!

Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Unit was spacious, slightly dated but very clean and relaxing. Lousy weather, but we found things to do (Canada not far away, duty free is a must)!

Perfect for a family stay. We used everything in the kitchen. The blender, oven, pots and pans, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Everything worked great and was clean when we arrived. The table is large enough for several people. Quality furnishings just a bit outdated. The dryer took hours to dry the load of laundry but it did eventually dry. The pool is heated! My daughter and I had a lovely time in the pool and hot tub. It was 51 degrees outside and still warm in the pool. Check in was quick and the staff friendly. She told us there was a rooftop area where you can lounge and look out over the water. We went up at sunset. There are lots of chairs and my kids saw a lighthouse signal for the first time. We had a great time!

Lovely to be by the beach, even in the rain.

They need to update their televisions and some essentials around the place. Also need better pictures on the internet of each room.Because they are view is different in every room

The staff were very friendly.
