"Unprofessional front desk"

Front desk has a horrible customer service, not welcoming , unprofessional and rude. Poor maintenance in the rooms. The rest of the staff is really nice. The exterior facility is beautiful and has lots of potential with better service.

"Eilat"

מלון מהמם, החדרים לא כאלה גדולים. הבריכה הייתה מהממת וגם שירות ההסעות במלון. הייתה לנו בעיה ביום הראשון שהבריכה לא עבדה ולכן מאוד התבאסנו. בנוסף לא היו לנו מים חמים במלון למרות ששמנו חימום.

No hot water for several days...constant excuse. Toilets broken ...instead of 3 double size beds like on the picture was given one twin size bed...service horrible. Looking for money back
