Orchid Eilat

The service awareness of this is simply non existent. Fell from grace, never coming back.

good hotel, good food, waiting to long for "tooktook", normal cleaning room

In overview this hotel was great. A broken pipe caused a flood in our room. The hotel staff fixed the issue but did not clean the room afterwards even though we asked them to do so multiple times. The pool surrounding was unclean. Great room service and friendly staff. If it wasn't for the cleanliness this was a perfect hotel for a family vacation

Nice hotel feels like you are away on a tropical island. Away from the action nice and quiet. You will need a car to drive to the centre of the city. Hotel staff could be friendlier. Most visitors are Israelis and the breakfast is great! I would recommend this hotel.

A location is amazing, and a hotel is very nice, really liked an idea of small guest houses. A personnel was quite rude and didn't speak english/hebrew well

Second time I stayed at Orchid in Eilat! First was seven years ago and since that nothing changed! It needs a bit of upgrading now! Good value for money though! I requested two beds but one was upstairs that you had to reach with a ladder! The only option then was to bring the mattress down to sleep on the floor! Fridge was not working - needed to be plugged in! Air con not working and they came to clean the filters but forgot to plug it in again- by second day all issues were sorted! Tuk-tuk service to and from room was excellent. The breakfast was amazing considering no meat! Kitchen staff was also good.

Dirty, old, horrible service. Worst hotel I‘ve ever stayed in.

We enjoyed coming here so much for our honeymoon that we returned 6 months later
