The Hotel Victoria was a last minute change from the nearby Hotel Florencia and I was glad I did change. The Victoria was great for the price, staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and I appreciated the safe box in the room.

Calm and spacious room, confortable bed. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good, but only includes coffee or thea (chocolate is extra).

The swimming pool is more for the photo than to be used... It is right beside the car parking lot, without something to block the view, and you'll have to change yourself before going through the lobby to get back to your room

Not much

Paid for a suite, got a small room. No hot water. Two big parties going on in the hotel until 1 am. Absurdly noisy. No restaurant open. Rooms dirty and noisy. Don’t stay here!!!!!!!
