Hotel Victoria Poza Rica by Brahma

Fue muy agradable en realidad, fue una sorpresa que por el precio fuera un hotel tan bonito y con amenidades. Tiene elevador lo cual lo hace accesible para cualquiera. El cuarto es muy bonito, similar al de hoteles de una gama mayor y siempre muy limpio. La llave del cuarto es con tarjeta lo cual lo hace más seguro y no te piden dejar la llave en recepción. En recepción nos atendieron de maravilla pero el personal auxiliar como de limpieza o quien abre la puerta y el portón de estacionamiento no son nada armables, les hablas y no te responden, no dan buenos días ni buenas noches, nos llegaron a interrumpir mientras hacíamos una pregunta pero fuera de eso fue una estancia agradable

Todo bien, el único inconveniente es que me comentaron que ahí no podían entregarme una factura, eh realizado las reservaciones en otros hoteles por este medio y me han dado la factura en el lugar

Aguas! No respetan lo que la. Página de ofrece uno cree que está todo y le ponen pero al final me tuve que ir a otro muy mal el servicio

Instalaciones limpias y buena atención, hay datos que que promociona la habitación y no cuentan con ello.

EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONÓ Y TENIA QUE SUBIR HASTA EL 3ER PISO

The hotel is very neat and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The parking lot has a lot of space and the breakfasts were OK at a reasonable price. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly.

The people were nice and courteous. But the beds were full of bed bugs

This place is really the worst hotel we have ever been!! The so-called Manager and her staff were always trying to cheat on us since the very beginning. I guess that the good reviews on this cavern are from friends and relatives of the owners because it is really bad! Forget about service and quality, they just want your money!! Don't go!

This is a TERRIBLE place. We really advise you DON'T GO. The Hotel is not what the pictures show. Is old, not clean, but must of all,the staff there cheated on us since we made the reservation. Once we were at the Hotel they did not missed the occasion to fool us. They charge us for breakfast when it was included, they charge different prices to the room rate and to the restaurant bill. When we claim at the time of paying the account, the manager Wendy Loya said that they were going to make a refund but they never did. BEWARE
