Club Hotel Eilat

Muy buen hotel para pasar en Eilat. El unico problema es que a veces ponian banda en vivo muy fuerte que terminaba tipo 23:00.Hay que tener precaucion si uno quiere hacer algun paseo temprano

The stay was nice

Our first impression was poor because the staff as we entered and also the front desk reception never smiled and seemed unhappy to have to check us in (took quite a while - no idea what the problem was). After 20 or so minutes at the reception, the front desk manager, an outgoing Ethiopian man, was the first one to welcome us. The room was adequate but we had water pouring (not dripping) from the ceiling light fixture in our bathroom and it took several calls and two maintenance visits over 12 hours to get it fixed. The balcony faced an interior opening with no outside view and just meant we heard other people talking out there late at night. This hotel has the feel of an old Carnival Cruise boat on land. Positives: Location is great! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the kitchen staff was well trained. I greatly appreciated their providing gluten free bread for me. Overall, the pics look a lot nicer than the place but if you can get a good priced room and a central location suits you, go for it.

Room was cleaned every morning, staff was accommodating and friendly. We had a few instances where they didn't leave enough towels but once we called they delivered them shortly after.

We got a fancy suite with a fridge and a kitchenette. Super nice hotel for a family. Great pool(s). Very nice piano bar with good music.

Traveling with family made this place ideal for our Granddaughter to enjoy. Real family place noisy and crowded but that is part of the charm. Not ideal for quiet people.

Found an used band-aid at the bathroom floor. Indoor parking not available, even though in the front desk they told it was. Slow check-out.

There was extremely loud concerts every night right beneath our room , on hotel property which was very obnoxious especially since we were staying there with two little children. The room was shaking from the loud noise. No one from hotel staff could tell us when show was ending.

I like the gym the spa and the pool as well as food. Rooms are roomy and nice. Was too crowded when we visited and the elevators are way too small to serve more than five people while the amount of people that visited the hotel needed much bigger elevators.

Great location and very comfortable for families. Great stuff. Food may be improved
