Bad reception! Long long line!

My kids loves this place. The rooms are comfortable, they love the game room and the location is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety of selection. This was our second visit. We will be back.

Terrace is big, rich selection of breakfast. Noisy environment.

the hotel promissed 7 heated pools and there was only 2 outdoor hot tabs.

Very nice hotel, nice 3 meter pool, close to everything. A bit old, and many things are not functioning/under construction. Very nice room. Decent breakfast. A lot of Religious and Muslim families which means 1 million loud kids...

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the sheer size and lack of signage presented some difficulties that could be easily prevented. There were no signs pointing guests in the direction of the lobby so we had to ask other guests for directions. The check-in staff were very unfriendly. The breakfast however was absolutely amazing and would totally recommend it!

I picked this hotel for our Elat stay. Our room was not ready at the time of our arrival and they went ahead and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a hotel. The kitchen was clean they offered plates knives as well as a chopping board as well as a fridge. The room was comfortable with good Furniture as well as patio furniture. The hotel is located in a great location 2 minute walk from the beach as well as two minutes walk from supermarkets. It is also located across the street from a duty-free mall right next to the boardwalk. Definitely would rebook this hotel on our next visit to the Red Sea. The night shift manager was also gracious enough to give us complimentary access to the gym as well as the spa. I stayed there with my parents in one room and my wife and I in another room and everybody was extremely happy with the stay. It is a short bus ride to the Coral Beach but that didn't matter we wanted to stay close to shopping.

Rooms were clean. We had to call front desk for packets of coffee. They delivered promptly. Onsite parking was a great perk!

It was great! I enjoyed it to the fullest fun place great food great service it's really your money's worth!!! I would come back again!
