Club Hotel Eilat

A lot of noise. Security and staff do not perform what is expected of them! Hotel receives young peaple without parental supervision! A whole family was sitting under our balcony and talk all night consumed. The room's door is opened only from experience 10 -3 days I asked reception to take care of it - not done anything. Cleanliness medium-level.

Great rooms and location and very nice breakfast too but extremely noisy hotel

Spacious suite room, which had a queen bed, a pull-out bed (equivalent to a sofa bed, sleeps 2 people) and and an additional folding bed that we didn't even need to use. Microwave, fridge, dishes, silverware, etc were all OK. Pretty generous with regards to towels and basic toiletries. Service at the front desk was VERY slow at times, and Israelis have a tendency to ignore other people waiting in line to be helped, which was really annoying. No free internet service anywhere on the premises and the wifi access (~$12/day, for a single laptop) was quite slow sometimes. Overall, a pretty good choice in Eilat, particularly for families of 5 or more (for which many other hotels require booking 2 separate rooms).

My husband and our 3 children stayed at this hotel last week and to say the least, it was perfect for our kids! Our suite had a separate room for the parents, wich was great! The breakfast was abundant, the kids pool with the slide was perfect, the games room with more video games than any other I have ever seen, was a blast for them. Of course, the location is perfect too, right across from the mall, beach, water sports, IMAX, and so much more! Would recommend to anyone with small children !

The personnel is very friendly, and even though the hotel + the agent who dealt with our reservation made mistakes, the people who took care of the mess were very professional and willing to help. The overall maintenance level of this hotel is high, and our stay was eventually joyful.
