Brilliant, wonderful and welcoming staff always helping and making the days better

Limited menus for breakfast and kitchen closes at 10pm so if you arrive late then you go hungry, oh and you can’t take outside food to hotel either…being so remote you would think they have thought about having the kitchen 24/7 especially if you have kids…

Pool very small and divided up so no acees to deeper water. Food average with room service food luke warm. Most staff very friendly. Cleaning superficial and missed one day

The hotel was lovely, the food not as much! The hotel was on its own island so we had to ferry a short ride across the water. The problem was that you are sort of prisoner there and couldn’t easily go it town for a meal off the island. Of course, you don’t go to Fiji for the food, you go for the beauty of the country and the friendliness of the people, both of which are plentiful. Fiji is beautiful but I don’t think I would go back. It’s a very long uncomfortable flight and I felt like we did all the tourist things that were available. And, if for some reason we did go back, I would stay on the large island, Vito Levi.

The resort was lovely. Daily room service was great except they kept forgetting to restock the milk. Would not recommend the horse ride unless they improve the cleaness of the trail and the condition of the horses. The game area - table tennis, darts etc- was a great space. Loved the deck chairs and ocean views. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff Food was incredible

What made my stay incredible was definitely the staff at Doubletree, everyone was very friendly, approachable and willing to help. Kesha was especially great! The pool was nice as there were a few different areas to swim to. The only thing which would have made it even better would be access to a beach from the resort as the one attached was not recommended so had to travel to a few islands to get better access to beaches which was a highlight anyway. Great overall stay!
