Bridgewood Manor

A nice comfortable hotel to stay for a few day. Friendly staff at reception. Lack of aircon in the room made the room very hot at night, but over all a pleasant stay. The Spa services were disappointing and staff not very friendly. Summer who serves in the bar area was excellent . Always went over & beyond with her service.

Very cute, intimate spa and pool. The staff were lovely throughout. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal in the main Squires Restaurant, had lots of drinks in the bar and took advantage of 24hr room service too. A great stay for my husbands birthday. We will be back

Fabulous! Great vibe. As a solo traveller, this is prob yhe best hotel Ive stayed in, in the UK. Enjoyed pool, steam room, etc. I stayed longer and upgraded my room. Massive telly. Comfy beds.

Drunk guests all through the night banging on doors and shouting. Woken up numerous times by the late night waifs and strays. Walls and doors allowing all noise to reverberate around the hotel. Seems like it’s a low budget spa hotel that attracts chavey drinkers

No complaints. Very comfortable. Meals and breakfast very good.

I rate this hotel as fair mainly because the rooms were tired. Bedsheets, duvets were poor, the heater in toom wasnt working and the electric heater broight to me was on its last legs, literally. And the carpet was old. Bathroom rails were rusty

Nice hotel, had a room with adjoining door and could hear clearly the man next door on his phone, the tv and making a coffee so disturbed up until 11.45pm and had to leave at 5.30 so not much sleep, the hotel apart from the noise issue is very nice

Location is OK if toure travelling around the Kent area. Noise in the hotel is bad. Drink prices are extortionate..worse than any 5 star hotel. Pool should have robes for use without having to pay a non refundable amount. Exoensive hotel for what you get
