A very pleasant 1 night stay. The rooms are comfortable (although the pillows had been donated by Betty as an unwanted wedding present from Fred & Wilma). The staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was tasty & good value we felt the drinks were little pricey but was all served in a very pleasant environment. 10/10 all round 😀

Lovely staff, spa and treatments, clean room with lovely comfortable beds. Cosy seating in front of the fire, games to play. Well worth a stay

The hotel, staff, reception & room was nice. Food was fine, if not amazing. The restaurant last night was freezing. There were people eating dinner in their coats. Asked if the heating could be turned up & was told it was on full, yet this morning it was much warmer. Biggest issue was room doors need soft close. Was woken up 6 times in the night by doors sounding like they were being slammed, but they just close very loudly.

Checked in after looking for another hotel after leaving the hotel I had originally booked. This hotel was warm and comforting, the check in was a total breeze. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bar and other communal areas were clean and very cosy, loved the cosy nook with open fire effect fire. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great, Just what I needed. Holiday times with the pool

Very good stay ,staff were very good especially the personnel working breakfast , one minor point is the entrance to the hotel could do with a clean every morning.
