Vital - Urban boutique hotel TLV

Huge room with living and kitchen. Staff was very helpful & even made us coffee when we left at 2 am to catch an early flight. Right next to a shopping Center and a Medical Center. Would definitely recommend it.

Staff very welcoming, helpful, friendly, polite and any requests for help were responded to immediately. Room very comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet for a busy location. All rooms had wi go access. Bathroom clean and all functioned well. Hotel well served by public transport for easy access to shops, places of interest, restaurants, beach etc. Buffet breakfasts delicious with plenty of choice. Business longe with coffee, tea, drinks, snacks, computer access and a place to relax was an additional bonus. Offered excellent standard for a mid-range price, we were well looked after and enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely recomend to others.

Its too commercial by being next to a mall and large hospital. The lobby is strangely configured. The service was good but i would give 3.5 star rating.

Stayed for 10 nights on a business trip. Centrally located so walkable to my office, though not so close to active restaurants or the beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet were all positives - not a lot of character or common spaces were negatives. Breakfast was pretty good but exactly the same every day which over a long stay got a bit dull. Overall it's a good choice for convenience if not super exciting.

This hotel is excelent! Conveniently located next to a shopping mall and a hospital. The staff goes above and beyond to help. We stayed with our family including kids and it was wonderful. Highly recommend it. We are actually going back in a few months and plan to stay there again!

Great breakfast

Everything was excellent about Vital Hotel except the Lobby. Check in Area is very small and can get really crowded at times. But front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. We stayed 1 night when we arrived and another before departure. Both times the Hotel took care of taxi service for us from and to the airport. Great add-on service. We will come back
