This was my first time in Israel. I was not sure where to stay but this hotel was excellent. Great service, clean rooms, awesome location and great food. We were at walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel is situated in a quiet and trendy neighbourhood. Relatively near to the train station Tel-Aviv Salvidor about 15 minutes of leisurely walk to start or end the day. The central bus station to Jerusalem is next to the train station. Everything made easy. Beside the hotel is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, food, currency exchange and atm. The hotel is well maintained and lift lobby area smells nice with lift access to level 12 where breakfast is served.

"Great Hotel Staff"

We had a clean, comfortable room with a nice view. It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so you don't have to go outside to get to the mall. It was raining when we stayed there, so we ate in the mall and did some shopping. The people working at the front desk were awesome. They arranged transportation for us, and loaned us umbrellas when we needed to go out for the day. I will definitely stay at Vital Hotel on my next trip to Tel Aviv.

Vital is an upscale family friendly hotel. I stayed for two weeks with my daughter. It is located next to a shopping mall, which has several food options, grocery store, pharmacy, hospital, Gym, etc. Customer service is top notch!! Vital provides free, delicious and healthy Kosher breakfast each morning with free VIP room upgrade. Spacious, clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Next visit to Tel Aviv, we intend to stay at Vital. We truly enjoyed our stay in Tel Aviv and highly recommend this hotel.
