Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is centrally located. Staff were very unhelpful and impolite. That seems to be the our experience of the general level of customer services to be expected after we travelled all over Israel.

The room is very clean and the interior design is gorgeous. I can't stop looking at the pictures hang on the wall by the lobby and hallway. The breakfast is very delicious. And the service provided by the the front desk staff, room service staff, and the restaurant waitress are all wonderful. We had a great time staying at the hotel.
