Vital - Urban boutique hotel TLV

I didn't stay there but my son did and he found the place very clean and the people very helpful.

It was clean. Breakfast is available at a price, can be good for a day or two. No lobby or business longe access unless you buy an upgrade, or higher level of room. No place to sit outside of room.

Liked:Clean enough and quiet. Decent enough kitchenette. Disliked: No access to lounge unless you bought breakfast. Zero public lounge/public space. Location is fair, but not central enough for prime tourism.

Everything was convenient and comfortable. Easy parking access. Practical and clean room. Great location.

Still waiting for my refund. The hotel never checked me in and the hotel took my money and so did expedia.

This property is exactly what you woukd expect from a boutique hotel, clean, straightforward and to the point. I was in town for a day and it was perfect for a short stay.

So I’ll start by saying that the only reason that this hotel gets a poor result from me is that it’s partially a post-birth hotel and a business hotel. The entrance to the hotel is through an office building lobby and since the building is full of clinics...the business loung is in the middle of a floor full of clinics...the room is great and the service is exceptional

Even the smell on arrival was great - flavoured water and coffee at reception while you wait was such a great touch. The room was very comfortable and super clean, and toiletries smelled amazing (especially the block soap). The breakfast was incredible - absolutely everything on offer and it was all tasty. Did not get a chance to use the gym, since it was a short visit, but from photos it looks spacious, well equipped and professional.
