"Pay attention more to loyal customers"

I stay at this location at least 2-3 times a month, I am a gold member. At booking it was noted late check out and wine. The room didn't have wine, so I requested it. It was never sent to the room. A little disappointing considering I'm a gold member and have stYed at this location too mant times to count

"Exceptional"

Very nice rooms, large and spacious, great bathroom. Wonderful service from the staff -- they were extraordinarily helpful which is not always the case in Israel! For example, I had to make several modifications to my travel dates last minute and they gladly and easily accommodated me; I needed a few things printed and they even brought it up to my room. Great option especially if you are visiting family in the adjoining hospital.

We all had a wonderful stay, this hotel was so convenient to visit our father in hospital. It made our very difficult days in the hospital, more manageable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to other family members when they need to come out and visit

"Exceptional stay"

Exceptional. I did not realise the location when I booked it - I just looked for something close to the airport. It was very close but also right by many things! Wonderful. The room was great and a short walk to the art museum. I am sad that I found this on my last night in Israel because I stayed in Tel Aviv 3 nights separately and would have had a better experienced had I stayed here each of those nights. Parking was VERY easy and the room was comfortable, clean, with a great view.
