This is a lovely old property. Our room was charming and we enjoyed it very much.

Charming cottage in a lovely setting. Clean and comfortable. No breakfast or coffee despite B&B advertisement.

It’s a cute old house in a horse farm

The Inn on the Farm is best described as neglected elegance. Our room's decor and design was superb...but the tub had wads of hair in it, the shower drain too; under the bed was layers of dust, an old plastic spoon. I felt like I'd stumbled into a gorgeous room from the 19th century and nobody had been there for a hundred years. A plus was the place was as quiet as could be. If the owners paid it more attention, I'd give it an all thumbs up (though they'd also need to up their in-room coffee offering--it's instant).

The property is unique, quaint bedroom, amenities were fine. Innkeepers are still abiding by covid restrictions so no contact check-in and no breakfast served. Overall it was fine for one night.

Lovely and quaint…

Our experience was great. We loved the quaintness and Victorian charm. I didn’t give it all 5* because, yes, the place could use a face lift. We didn’t mind; some fussy people might. Alas no opportunity to meet our hosts or have breakfast. But we would certainly enjoy returning here!

First, the pictures that Expedia shows do not begin to expose how much clutter there is in this place. There is so much personal stuff everywhere that you can hardly move for it, especially books, photographs, knickknacks, and shells. There are literally thousands of shells in the bathroom. Of course, all this means there is also plenty of dust. There was not a sheet on the bed, just a dust ruffle where the sheet should have been. The steps to the front door are covered in extremely moldy looking carpet. The shower barely works. The water in the bathtub does not get hot, and the jets don't work. One of the horses on the property is completely emaciated; I have never seen an animal in such pitiful condition. On the plus side, we had plenty of room and plenty of towels.

Place was rundown and in need of attention. Hear it was once really special and you can see that, but just needs to be "worked" non existent staff. Owner had a voice mail thta directed to e-mail which wasn't acted on either. Gentleman at least answered his phone. No food was a surprise change. Again believe this an effort issue.
