Breakfast spread was fair. Food quality was good.

Bathroom was little cramped No ventilation in the room - cigarette smoke from outside was smelt in the room, though the rooms were non-smoking category

They are very harsh and not accepting the rules and regulations even when u have the hotel booking.

Harsh behaviour and denial to accept the room check in after booking

Room was okay. Reception - Mr. Shashi was absolutely professional. Housekeeping was helpful with accessories.

Reception staff in evening were obsolete, no smile, no discipline in replies, behaviour is of being overworked No fridge in room and evening reception refuses to provide though Mr. Shashi promised, say the entire hotel rooms have no fridge - pathetic. Safety in hotel rooms is compromised, looks like watchman, housekeeping all carry universal cards. Not a happy outing

Nothing good about the hotel. Paid for two nights, arrived at 11pm so stayed for the night on dirty most UPGRADED FAMILY ROOM. checked out next morning even without asking for refund.

The property is extremely unclean, poor ventilation, no napkins, the bathroom was also unhygienic. The room service needed to be called to clean the room. The luck in the room didn’t work so our luggage was unattended from 9 am-5 pm and we had to bring it to their attention more than three times for them to even address the problem.
