Didn't have breakfast

It is not senior citizen friendly. I requested them to to accommodate us in the building but I was given some other hotel saying that too belongs to hotel southern. Which really shocked me.my mother was aged 85 years n myself 64 years had to walk to the other hotel which they say D Blick. Never knew hotel southern had so many adjacent hotels which they call as A B C D blocks. The website didn't mention such things. misleading eading

Service staffs are good. and location

bath room door is not proper, electricity all become old, not working properly try to switch on the fan the regulator will break, over all you guys are not maintained the rooms, Last year i stayed in your hotel more then one week so i visited
