"hotel a renover"

le parking en sous sol et le personnel

hôtel a rénover ne mérite pas ses 3 Etoiles la moquette dans la chambre très ancienne et tachée la douche baignoire très peu de pression avec la douchette la climatisation très poussive et non réglable la porte de l'ascenseur face a notre chambre qui s est mis a "cogner" sans arrêt vers 5 heures du matin pendant près de 2 heures puis maintenue par une chaise !!

La situation géographique et le personnel d'accueil très accueillant

Cet établissement aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement général : il devient vétuste. Ma chambre était vétuste : vielle moquette au sol, salle de bain qui commence à dater ... il y a cependant un effort sur la décoration. Les espaces communs sont également vétustes.

La proximité des transport et la gentillesse du receptionniste

Le comportement de l autre réceptionniste , il n’y avait pas de Clim et la première fois que je suis venue je n’avais pas d’eau .cette fois là je n’avais pas d’eau chaude et cette même réceptionniste m a indiqué ‘bah que voulez vous que j’y fasse ?’ C’est limite quand même …

"Good location but disappointing hotel"

Location

The hotel is smelly. The rooms are old fashioned and smelly. The furnitures are half broken. The bathrooms are old and require a deep cleaning (not just superficial cleaning). Some refurbishment is needed. It’s a shame. The hotel has great potential but it is below average
