Le cadre où le bien est situé.

La propreté est à revoir. C’était vraiment pas propre.

Franchement, j’ai été agréablement surpris. L’hôtel était très propre, la chambre confortable et le personnel très gentil. Le petit déjeuner au top . Rien à dire, je recommande.

Établissement qui a du vécu, drap housse tâché, pas de ménage sur 3 jours…

Location, for early ferry to UK. Evening meal was good with limited options. Free parking.

Nothing really. This hotel served our purpose.

Location was good for Caen city and Ferries. East to find and directly off main route. Rooms a little dated but clean and well equipped. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Tea and coffee in room always welcome.

Buildings older style and externally a little attention would improve appearance. Some noise from neighbouring room.

Rooms were ok and reasonably comfortable but a bit dated. There were a few eateries and restaurants in walking distance. Very good oriental buffet (O'Royal Wok) 5 mins away. Parking directly outside some rooms. OK for a one-night stay for the Ferry terminal.

Not very welcoming. It seemed as if were were interrupting their evening b checking in after 1800. Booking.com customers always seem to have rooms allocated in the least accessible parts of hotels, e.g.on upper floors, round the back etc., so there will be issues for those with a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The room initially allocated to us was around the back away from the parking. There was luggage already in the room as it had already been allocated/occupied. Apparently there were no other twin rooms available, only doubles, I had to therefore insist on two rooms which were eventually allocated to us after a stand-off for 30 mins.
