Guests requiring a VAT invoice should contact the hotel directly after booking. The relevant information (full company details and tax identification number) must be entered in the Special Requests box on the booking form or provided directly to the staff. If the relevant data is not provided, it will not be possible to issue an invoice later.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
